You've then built a business on personal ability and personality. Perhaps I'm cynical, but I see no happy future for the business after they leave, or maybe even now. Give more details to improve the helpfulness of your review. My friend was in Vintage Home and Residential Care, and they worked hard to try and make it a safe and happy environment. They have bingo, fingernail polish, music, physical therapy, and arts and crafts. I think the food is satisfactory, there’s a swimming pool there, and people use it in the summer time.
